Brown kraft is a natural product and is therefore subject to differences in colour and print. Naturally, we stand behind this quality as you would expect from us, but the colour of this paper may be lighter or darker.

We process all orders with the utmost care and the necessary protection during shipment. However, wrapping paper is so fragile that we want to discourage the resale of wrapping paper.

It may happen that a registration mark is visible on the product, this is inherent to this product and therefore to the production process and cannot be prevented. Naturally, we try to place the registration mark as favorably as possible. However, we cannot always prevent this from being visible on your wrapping paper, gift bag or consumer roll.

It is also possible that you encounter a 'weld seam' of tape on your counter roll, this is also inherent to this product and to the production process. You will not lose any meters as we have already compensated for those on the roll with extra meters of paper.
