Sustainable business
As a brand, you don’t become FSC-certified ‘just like that’; it requires a huge amount of administrative focus during the production processes of our goods. Yet it is the only way to protect forests and to prevent you from suddenly ending up using paper sourced from an area where illegal logging takes place! In addition, we have now planted 1,500 trees (a lovely little forest!) in collaboration with the Trees4all foundation and are now officially recognised as a partner. Through this partnership, too, we are working to minimise our environmental footprint. Our commitment extends to our workplace, where we ship without plastic, reuse shipping boxes, and never throw away rejected items; instead, we use them as ‘free gifts’ or, if they’re made of paper, as packing material in the boxes.

Changes to the delivery arrangements
To keep delivery costs as low as possible for both of us and to ensure the highest possible standard of service, the following changes will come into effect from 1 April.
Changes for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg:
- The delivery window will be extended to between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- Deliveries will only be made on working days;
there will no longer be any evening or weekend deliveries
- From 1 April, we will be working exclusively with DHL Europlus (business deliveries)
- There will be no changes to shipments outside the Benelux

Volume discounts!
Packaging costs money, and sustainable, modern packaging even more so! And whilst physical shops are already facing their fair share of challenges, we hope to do our bit wherever we can.
We do this by:
- Offering volume discounts of 5% and 10%
- Offering the best price in the industry, with the highest quality
- Introducing a brand-new range twice a year
