Can I exchange an item?
Should you want to exchange an item for similar one in another color or size, then that is possible free of charge. However, the delivery costs will be at your own expense. You can indicate on our return form which item you want to exchange. Do not forget to indicate which item you want to exchange it for. When the item you have sent back has been returned to us, we will send you the new item. Assume a minimum of seven days from the moment you have returned the item until the new item is delivered. Pay close attention to whether the new item is in stock before you start the procedure. Only items that have not been worn (of course you are allowed to try them on for size) and that are undamaged with their original label can be exchanged in their undamaged and original packaging (within 14 days after receipt). Gift certificates cannot be exchanged.

 

Can I cancel my purchase?
When you make a purchase from our web store, you have a guaranteed and unconditional right to cancel the purchase for a period of 14 days. Only items that have not been worn (of course you are allowed to try them on for size) and that are undamaged with their original label can be exchanged in their undamaged and original packaging within 14 days after receipt. In case of cancellation within 14 days, we will repay the full purchase amount (including any initial shipping costs). Gift certificates cannot be exchanged.

Warranty – Do I have that?
Of course your purchases come with a warranty. Your items need to comply with the quality you expect. The products need to be in perfect condition upon receipt and comply with the standards of quality we expect of all our brands. Should the item not comply with this standard of quality, then we ask you to contact us using our contact form or call our customer service at +31 (0)88-7127000.

 

What is covered under the warranty?
All the items in our range should be made with good materials and should be of good quality. Do the materials not comply with these requirements? Or has the item not been manufactured properly? Then this is of course covered under the warranty. If we cannot solve the problem, we will repay you the purchase amount. A product should not have any defects other than the ones to be expected during projected life span with normal use. If you have issues with an item, then we ask you to contact us using our contact form or call our customer service at +31 (0)88-7127000.

 

When do I receive my money back from the cancellation?
We will do our best to repay you as soon as possible. We will do so no later than 2 weeks after receiving the returned product + return form. Do not forget to keep a copy of the proof of return shipment.
